BOI Research was established in August 2010, in Jakarta, Indonesia, by Ingmar van den Brink and Dian Irawati. The company started out mainly supporting market research agencies in Europe. Although in recent years BOI has been growing steadily, with the growing economy in the ASEAN region to an organization with significant experience in complete market research projects.

 

BOI has successfully established itself by working with an experienced team. As a member of the Dutch Market Research Association or MarktOnderzoek Associatie (MOA), we always conduct our services by international standards. We know our way around European-based market research industries and uphold our quality of services. Ingmar, born in the Netherlands, has more than 10 years’ experience in market research in Europe and Asia. Dian, born in Indonesia has a background in accounting and has worked a.o. at ABN-Amro in the Netherlands as a sustainability consultant.

 

BOI has a boutique market research approach, with a focus on finding the right research tools to answer your need for insight. We offer a suite of integrated services for international and domestic clients in their wide range of business sectors. We have now developed into an experienced market research agency with our dynamic and communicative team in Indonesia. In Indonesia, we have undertaken research in the automotive sector, branding, electronics, heavy equipment, insurance, health care, retail and are still expanding.

We are not bounded by our job description. We’d be more than happy to listen to our clients and try to think along with them and see how we can solve their problems along the line of work that we do.
